Baton Rouge Couples Photographer

When was the last time you had portraits done of you and your special person? I would imagine it’s been a while.

Life gets busy, and it’s just not something we think about, but it should be. Carving out time to be together seems to get more difficult these days, and cell phone photos are the best most people have to show the love they share, even though it’s one of the things that keep us moving forward in life!

This stage in your relationship will not be the same 5, 10, or 25 years from now, and one day, you will want to look back and remember those two people and the love they shared before all of the events that will take place from this day.
Let's Start Planning!
"This session was exactly what we needed. It didn’t feel like a photography session at all, it felt like we were on a date. Even my husband enjoyed it!"

It's a date!

Couples photos are so much more than a photo session, it’s a date. This is a time that you can save just for yourselves while I document all of the wonderful moments you have together. Think of me as your romance guide who happens to have a camera.

I will take you on a journey of hand holding, laughing with one another, sharing kisses, and whispering sweet nothings. You will probably forget that I am even there. If your relationship has been in a bit of a rough spot, this may be just what you need to remind you of how you got together in the first place.
Let's get planning!

How does it work?

Planning for this doesn’t have to be difficult. I can help you along the way to plan outfits, choose the best location to shoot, and I can help you decide what type of photos will best suit your relationship.

We will get together and spend from 30 minutes to an hour or longer if you choose. You can have a picnic together, or sit by the lake, you can walk together around city shops, or the beautiful gardens at the Burden Center. This is your time to document the love you have right now, so you can remember it for years to come.

Display your love

Take a moment to imagine it with me. It’s been a rough day, and you haven’t talked with each other much since morning. There were a few frustrated comments made and you are too tired to hash it out. It’s time to go to sleep, and you look up above your bed and see that photo you took together. That is the photo you loved the most because you were holding each other and really laughing, you remember that moment and all of those emotions you felt flood back. You look at your partner and remember what’s real, your frustrations fade and all seems right again. That is what this session is for.

One of the best parts of this journey comes when you get to see the beautiful moments you shared. I will take you through each of your photos and help you decide which ones you want to display in your home. Some of these may be best placed in an album beside your bed, or a frame above your headboard. The options are endless and are catered to fit your style best.
